The PJS team invests over 10 hours of pre-flight planning time for each flight hour before our sports teams ever reach their embarkation airport.

Developing and defining a Collegiate Sports Team Air Charter program is more about designing a solid program management process while delivering a project management plan that ensure an efficient and well managed program. Throughout our efforts to manage and enhance our College Sports Team Air Charter Management program, PJS continually reaches out to our College teams for discussions and communications concerning the program. Through these efforts we have designed and delivered air charter programs that are focused on delivering the best of breed services along with a dedicated program management philosophy, through the use of dedicated Concierge/Flight Operations Managers and a large in-house operations group, that ensures team support, client communication and proactive problem resolutions.
