Our continued growth means we’re adding to our team and are currently hiring Client Services Managers in a variety of shifts.

As part of the busy Flight Operations group, the Client Services Manager is responsible for contracted trip coordination with clientele, trip management with operators and vendors, coordinating catering, and creating trip briefs and above all, delivering superior service in every exchange with our clients.

To be successful in the role requires exemplary interaction with and in support of a variety of clients in the entertainment, corporate and professional and collegiate sports sectors, excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of dedication and passion for client service.

This is a perfect role for someone who has demonstrated success in the service or hospitality industry and is seeking to launch a career in private aviation. Our Flight Operations team services clients seven days a week, which allows for a variety of available shifts.
