Director of Business Development
PJS is recruiting individuals with the drive to succeed in sales. Applying a consultative approach and with the support and guidance of senior sales executives, the Business Development Director works inside the office to build a lead pipeline of highly qualified opportunities and develop business with new clients.
To be successful in the role requires exemplary interaction with and in support of a variety of clients, excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of professionalism, dedication and organization.
Candidates with 1-3 years of sales or client service experience, as well as demonstrated ability to work within a CRM system, will be the best fit. You’ll learn from the best in the aviation industry and work hard while we train you to build a successful and profitable sales career in the exciting aviation industry.
