exec team greg raiffGreg Raiff is an esteemed influencer in the aviation industry and a consummate authority on commercial and private air transportation. As an accomplished entrepreneur, Greg has over 20 years’ experience at the helm of air transportation and services companies. He has been quoted in national publications including The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, The Denver Post and CNN.com. Raiff is a contributor on regional news features covering the air travel industry.

His immersion into the aviation industry was galvanized with the success of his very first business, StudentCity.com which was founded in his Middlebury College dorm room in 1989. The $7 million business, which managed spring break air transport for over 50,000 students, was subsequently acquired by TUI Travel PLC, a FTSE 100 leisure travel company listed on the London Stock Exchange (TT.L), with over 53,000 employees worldwide.

Lezlea List headshot Lezlea List, President of Private Jet Services, leads the PJS business and supports the team’s ongoing commitment to integrated and innovative solutions. Her career accomplishments and industry success on a large scale support the company in delivering remarkable experiences.

List previously served as the Chief Service Officer for XO, a Vista Global Holding Limited company. During her eighteen-year career at XO, she developed dynamic skills and provided foundational leadership that influenced the finance, sales, operations and customer service teams. List’s leadership qualities, detailed focus on systems efficiency and talent development further strengthen the world-class service at PJS. 

List graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Finance.  Her career began as a finance professional before starting her extensive tenure at XO. 

John Thomas, Jr. headshotJohn Thomas, Jr., Chief Financial Officer at EAG, blends strategic, financial, and operational leadership to execute rapid growth strategy and drive overall business performance. Thomas oversees financial operations to plan strategies that align with the organization’s diverse aviation services, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainable growth to maintain market leadership.

Thomas leverages decades of highly effective strategic financial operational leadership in the aviation industry, including impressive roles at Etihad Airways, British Airways and Silverhawk Aviation.

John Thomas, Jr. holds a postgraduate degree in Mergers & Acquisitions from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Thomas is a Certified Management Accountant and a member of the Certified Institute of Management Accountants and the Association for Financial Professionals.

exec team michael horrisbergerMichael Horrisberger is a technology leader with over twenty years of experience building high performing organizations and managing complex processes and technologies.

As the CIO, Michael is responsible for developing and executing PJS’ technology strategy and overseeing all aspects of information technology, information security, data, and analytics. He also supports the growth of the business through the enhancement of IT- and analytics-related initiatives.

Prior to joining PJS, Michael served as a U.S. Navy A6-E Intruder Pilot with Attack Squadron VA196 for seven years and he held executive leadership roles with Emery Waterhouse and Unum in business development, operations, and IT management across financial services and distribution with a primary focus on enabling growth strategies.

Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Naval Academy. 

exec team mike klemmMike Klemm is responsible for the PJS NHL Team Charter Program, the NCAA Team Charter Program, and all ACMI programs.

Mike began his aviation career in 1991 at Midwest (Express) Airlines, working his way through the ranks to eventually run the entire Charter Department, overseeing all sales and operations while specializing in professional and collegiate sports charters. During his tenure at Midwest he led the full season flight programs for six NHL clubs as well as ad-hoc flights for an additional 14 NHL clubs. He also led the flight programs for three U.S. Presidential candidates during the 2008 U.S. Presidential campaigns.

Mike grew up in Milwaukee, WI and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

exec team tim murphyTim Murphy is a seasoned legal expert with extensive experience developing and closing domestic and international project finance and corporate transactions. He has worked with many multinational law firms based out of Washington, D.C., New York, Texas and Singapore, and has many years of successful first chair and litigation management experience with State and Federal trial and appeal courts and agencies. 

As General Counsel for Private Jet Services, Tim works closely with leadership and outside counsel to support all legal matters, including corporate organization, finance, contract negotiation, compliance, tax and regulatory analysis, employment law and litigation. 

Tim is an alumnus of the College of William & Mary Law School and Stony Brook University in New York. Tim also attended school in Stockholm, Sweden during a year abroad. Previously based in Virginia, Tim now resides in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
