For the last 19 years, PJS has facilitated tens of thousands of flights for our clients with a flawless safety record. Since 2003, we have adapted and constantly pushed for better standards through research, technology, education and training. The continual refinement of our safety standards and procedures is at the core of PJS’ company culture. The FAA does not mandate a “culture” of safety to aircraft operators; they can only set regulatory minimums. There is a broad spectrum of what is legally acceptable for pilots and aircraft, which is one of the many reasons the PJS team invests strongly in our proprietary safety program. To further our commitment to lead with the industry’s best practices, PJS is guided by an Independent Safety and Advisory Board, bringing together a coalition of industry experts. By using private aircraft, football teams have access to over 5,000 airports in the U.S. alone. Not only does this present the opportunity to fly non-stop to a destination, but it also helps passengers reduce ground travel time by flying into smaller airports closer to their destination.
Many clubs calculate the combined hourly cost associated with their executive’s time. Lost hours in security, potential layovers and possible overnight stays to accommodate a multi-city travel schedule can equate to lost productivity. Computing the annual compensation of an executive into the value of a single hour of their time can often offset the cost of private aviation. A two, three and even four city itinerary can now be completed in a single day.

DEDICATED CREWING SOLUTIONS

- The PJS Concierge oversees catering, passenger and equipment manifests, cargo loading, team bus ramp access, TSA screening, weather reports, NOTAMs and all other aspects of the team’s charter flights to ensure the highest quality of service

CONTINGENCY PLANNING
- PJS Policy: minimum of two contingency plans.
- Monthly/Weekly/Daily/Hourly reports to Client as required.
- Beginning 30 days from the first departure, PJS will contact all North American airlines that operate VIP Airliners to determine suitable replacement aircraft positioning and availability.
- From 7-days before the first departure, PJS is in contact with all secondary aircraft operators daily to track and identify the closest suitable replacement aircraft.
- VIP configured service for 100% of flights, including most sub-service.
- PJS closely tracks and monitors every aircraft involved with a program 24 hours a day using a flight tracking system that identifies aircraft by their specific registration. We are in constant contact with the aircraft’s dispatch before and throughout the flight.
- When an unforeseen interruption occurs, the on-site PJS Concierge works directly with the team to analyze all available contingency options. Depending on the severity of the inconvenience, PJS coordinates with the club as to the best course of action, whether it is remaining at the location, contracting an alternative aircraft, staying at the hotel/venue, or booking commercial air. If an aircraft substitution is necessary, PJS will re-position the closest suitable aircraft.
