Amy Burke joined Private Jet Services in January of 2016. As an Executive Account Manager, she provides operational support for executive and airliner charters. Amy’s responsibilities include providing complete trip management for NCAA teams, Government Programs, and numerous high net worth clients.
Amy graduated from the University of New Hampshire, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. Amy has 9 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, working as a Catering Manager, assisting Wedding Planners, and holding positions in several hotels and restaurants along the seacoast.
When Amy is not at PJS, she enjoys going to the gym, cooking (with wine of course), and hiking with her black lab, Bailey.
Mike Dade joined Private Jet Services in March of 2014. As a Senior Executive Account Manager, he assists the Director of Executive Aircraft Operations and provides operational support for PJS executive aircraft flight programs. Mike’s responsibilities include the sourcing of executive aircraft, trip management on complex international flight programs, and overseeing daily flight operations.
Before Mike began at Private Jet Services, he served as a Combat Medic in the United States Army for 8 years. He completed 2 combat deployments; one tour in Iraq and one tour in Afghanistan. While serving in the Army, he supervised the execution of complex medical and military operations. Mike grew up in New Hampshire and moved back after joining Private Jet Services in 2014.
Nathan joined Private Jet Services in September of 2013. As the Senior EAM specializing in Commercial Airliner Operations, he manages all of the logistics for our ACMI flights. In addition to sourcing airliners, Nathan works closely with the PJS Concierge Team and acts as a liaison with our airline partners.
Nathan began his aviation career in Manchester, NH with Delta Airlines, and spent the next 14 years working his way from ramp agent, up to Station Manager. In addition, Nathan worked for two years as a scheduler for PlaneSense, a fractional provider operating 35 Pilatus turboprops from their base in Portsmouth, NH.
Nathan grew up on Camano Island, WA, and graduated from Daniel Webster College in Nashua, NH.
A recent graduate of Daniel Webster College with a Business Management degree, but already with years of experience in the aviation industry under his belt, Mike joined PJS is August 2016.
Mike oversees the daily operations and flight tracking of PJS flight shuttle programs, monitoring everything from weather patterns to coordinating transportation to help ensure PJS passengers always have a perfect experience. As well, Mike contributes to maintaining PJS safety due diligence and vendor data, and other operations duties that take advantage of his experience working in airport operations for the Manchester Airport, and with local flight departments.
A native of New Hampshire, Mike grew up in an aviation family. His father, a 30+ year aviation industry veteran, serves as Director of Maintenance for various flight departments, and has his own aircraft consulting business. Mike is an outdoor enthusiast, and is a licensed private pilot himself.
After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Stephanie began her professional career with Jet Source Aviation in Carlsbad, CA. She worked in flight operations and crew optimization, and then joined their Charter Sales department. Stephanie obtained her private pilots license and instrument ratings, and continues to fly as a hobby.
Later, Stephanie accepted a position with Jet Linx Aviation in Omaha, Nebraska. She was promoted to Charter Sales & National Flight Sales Supervisor, where she was responsible for overseeing the Flight Scheduling and Charter Sales Departments.
In 2012, Stephanie pursued a lifelong dream to obtain her culinary degree. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Cambridge, MA, she worked as a private chef in metro Boston.
Her love for aviation could not keep her away from the friendly skies. She joined our team at PJS in March 2016 with a focus on music entertainment, sports travel, and VIP clientele.
Meredith Rumph joined Private Jet Services in November 2015. As an Executive Account manager, she assists the Directors of Business Development and provides operational support for executive and airliner flight programs. Meredith’s responsibilities include trip management for NCAA teams, high net worth client, and corporate incentive groups.
Meredith graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and with a minor in Political Science. In Meredith’s free time, she enjoys working out and trying new restaurants.
Dan Snook joined Private Jet Services in February of 2016 as a Flight Tracker. His primary responsibilities included overseeing PJS daily corporate shuttle movements and working with clients, as well as flight tracking various PJS flights.
In August of 2016, Dan was promoted to Executive Account Manager. In his new role, Dan assists the Director of Commercial Airlines Operations and provides operational support for PJS commercial airline flights. Dan’s responsibilities include preparation and trip management for NHL, NCAA and other sports flight programs, political campaigns, and incentive programs, as part of the PJS team that oversees all daily flight operations.
Before Dan began at Private Jet Services, he served as an Operations Manager for Verizon Wireless for 13 years. Dan grew up and still resides in New Hampshire. He enjoys staying active by playing hockey, baseball and softball.
A career aviation professional, Ken Taplin joined Private Jet Services in May of 2016. As an Executive Account Manager, he provides operational support for all VIP flight programs, whether live touring events, professional sports, or VIP clientele.
Before Ken started at PJS, he provided operations and customer service support for a New England-based flight department with a fleet of aircraft ranging from light jets, up to Boeing Business Jets.
Ken holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Air Traffic Management and is an FAA licensed Flight Dispatcher. We are proud to share that Ken was one of only two graduates in 2008 in all of the United States to earn a perfect score on the FAA Air Traffic Controllers exam!
Ken is a native of New Hampshire and when he’s not working, enjoys skiing, golf and fishing.
Tim joined Private Jet Services in November of 2016. As Executive Account Manager, he assists the Executive Aircraft and Jet Card programs preparing and monitoring day-to-day flight operations at PJS.
Tim brings several years of private aviation experience to PJS having provided client services for aircraft owners, as well as fleet scheduling and operations support while working for a flight department that manages a fleet of more than 40 business aircraft.
Tim grew up in New Hampshire and currently lives in Salem, Massachusetts. He recently earned his private pilot’s license and in his free time, enjoys flying airplanes and traveling.
