PDF Sample Pricing Guide
Pricing is primarily based on the flight time involved, and length of stay. Stops and the actual departure/arrival airports have some bearing, but the way to receive the best price is to schedule far in advance, allowing the aircraft to remain with your group and removing the cost of “dead head ferry legs”. The more passengers on an aircraft, the lower the per-passenger cost. Groups of 30 or more can expect pricing in line with business class airfares. By using a VIP airliner near its capacity, the per passenger cost can be significantly lower (up to 30%) than business class fares. As a general rule, an average of two hours of flight time per day is necessary to leave an aircraft with a client, therefore all trans-oceanic flights will price favorably.
